ALL PERCH FURNITURE IS DELIVERED WHITE GLOVE, ASSEMBLED ON SITE, AND PACKING MATERIAL IS TAKEN AWAY.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING BUILDING ACCESS AND ALL ENTRY MEASUREMENTS (DOORWAYS, STAIRWELLS, ELEVATORS, HALLWAYS, ETC.) PERCH CANNOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES THAT MAY BE ASSESSED IF THE FURNITURE DOES NOT FIT VIA NORMAL MEANS. FURNITURE THAT DOES NOT FIT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY. DELIVERY CHARGES ARE FOR A SINGLE DELIVERY. IF PIECES OF FURNITURE FROM THE SAME ORDER ARRIVE AT DIFFERENT TIMES, ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF YOU WANT DELIVERY ON AN ARRIVAL BASIS.
LEAD TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. LEAD TIMES PROVIDED AT THE TIEM OF SALE ARE APPROXIMATE LEAD AND WE WILL KEEP YOU ADVISED OF ANY DELAYS THAT MAY ARISE. DUE TO THE MANY VARIABLES IN PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES IN ADVANCE. DELIVERY ETA’S WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS FINISHED PRODUCTION. UPON DELIVERY, THE FURNITURE WILL BE BROUGHT TO YOU, UNWRAPPED, AND PLACED IN THE ROOM OF YOUR CHOICE. OUR DELIVERY SERVICE PERFORMS SIMPLE ASSEMBLY AND DISPOSES OF PACKAGING MATERIAL. FREE STORAGE IS OFFERED FOR 2 WEEKS. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY IF MORE STORAGE TIME IS REQUIRED.
FURNITURE THAT IS PICKED UP FROM OUR PORTLAND WAREHOUSE (WILL CALL) MUST BE INSPECTED AND SIGNED OFF ON AS “IN GOOD CONDITION” BEFORE IT WILL BE RELEASED TO YOU. PERCH CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT OCCURS ONCE THE FURNITURE LEAVES THE WAREHOUSE.

PLEASE INSPECT ALL FURNITURE THOROUGHLY UPON RECEIPT WHILE THE DELIVERY CREW IS STILL PRESENT. RATHER THAN REFUSE DELIVERY, PLEASE CALL US AT 503-208-5128 WITH ANY CONCERNS, PROBLEMS, OR QUALITY ISSUES AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE THEM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE THE BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO ANY ISSUES THAT ARISE.
