The design team at Perch worked with Mandy Riggar to customize the modular sectional specifically for the Archrival Agency space. “We wanted to make a piece that could grow with the space but also be scalable, and that could have different options. The Division works really well in an agency setting, because you can have different areas where people are working individually, or you can bring the pieces together to make more of a collaborative setting.”

A Portland Family Lives Big in a Custom Tiny Home
Perch Furniture worked with the owners of a tiny house on wheels to craft a custom Sterling sofa that sits atop the wheel well of their tiny home. Extra tall front legs and adjusted dimensions allow the full size sofa to fit perfectly into the small footprint. The bright blue fabric provides a pop of color in the home that has a modern farmhouse vibe.
